Topic:  Colleges, universities, and community colleges are covered by either Titles II or III of the ADA. The ADA may be relevant in a number of post-secondary education situations, including the admissions process, academic adjustments and accommodations, architectural barriers and housing, and students with disabilities who are dismissed from school. This webinar will review the relevant federal regulations and developing case law in this important arena.
